Autodesk Partner of the Year Hit It Off at AU

LAS VEGAS - December 13, 2007: Autodesk Partner of the Year Advanced Solutions, Inc. – (ASI)
an Autodesk Authorized Value Added Reseller – hit it off
at Autodesk University (AU) this year.
“The conference was a grand slam for us,” commented
Advanced Solutions Vice President of Marketing & Market Expansion
Chris Lavenson.
The
company had a strong presence at AU as a Gold co-host with 25 ASI
employees in attendance. The team taught 11 classes, which attracted
more than 1000 participants. Also, ASI’s
sister company IDS Engineering, an authorized OEM partner of Autodesk,
was an exhibitor for the first time and generated a lot of interest
throughout the show.
ASI has been serving the Autodesk community since 1987. The company
offers training services as an Autodesk Authorized Training Center
(ATC), software sales, implementation, customization and local
Autodesk GOLD support. Additional services include CAD/CAM automation,
design verification, simulation, custom software, simulation and
Autodesk AutoCAD plug- ins. The team at ASI also have extensive
experience in software development and can build plug-ins, file-format
converters, filters, importers and more.
Advanced Solutions management team consists of President and Chief
Executive Officer Michael W. Golway, P.E., Chief Operating Officer
Michael D. Kegley and Chief Technology Officer Norbert A. Howell.
ASI has offices in Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Kentucky and
Michigan.
ASI offers frequent training classes at many of the company’s
centers or can provide on-site training. The ASI University offers
classes and continuing education programs for CAD managers and
beginner or experienced end users. Training services include online
training, custom training and skills assessments. On the manufacturing
learning path, ASI currently lists about eight courses for Inventor
users.
