Advanced Solutions, Inc. Facebook Contest Rules

• Entry
  Entering the contest is a two-step process:
  • Complete Facebook form at www.AdvancedSolutions.com/facebook
  • Like us at www.facebook.com/GETASI1
  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older Advanced Solutions employees and their relatives are not eligible to win. No purchase necessary. Need not be present to win. Contest runs through February 29, 2012. All participants must be entered into the contest by the 11:59 pm (EST) on February 29, 2012. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
• Prizes
  There will be seven prize drawings. The prizes are structured on how many fans the Advanced Solutions, Inc. Facebook fan page earns over the course of the contest. A prize will be awarded at various milestones. A detailed list is below:
  • 200 Likes: $50 Visa gift card drawing
  • 250 Likes: Advanced Solutions gift package
    (Imagine Design Create Book, Lynn Allen's Tips & Tricks Guide, ASI Flashdrive)
  • 300 Likes: $75 Visa gift card drawing
  • 350 Likes: 1 Day Training Class
  • 400 Likes: $100 Visa gift card drawing
  • 450 Likes: Advanced Solutions gift package
    (Imagine Design Create Book, ASI Flashlight, ASI Flashdrive)
  • 500 Likes: $200 Visa gift card drawing and one (1) FREE PILOT class (value of up to $1195)
• All gift card winners are required to verify identity with proper and legal picture identification within 30 days of notification of winning the prize. Winner may forfeit any and all winnings if verification cannot or has not been made within 30 days. Upon proper verification, gift cards will be awarded by mail to winner's mailing address within seven business days. The winner of the Grand Prize ($200 Visa gift card and PILOT class), must take the free PILOT class by May 31, 2012.

• Limitation of Liability
  By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither the Advanced Solutions, Inc., nor their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to the contestants' participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

• Elimination
  Any false information provided within the context of the contest by any participant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, E-mail address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the participant from the contest. The contest sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify any entry that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, or violates U.S. or applicable state or local law.

• Winner Selection
  Finalists will be randomly selected by February 29, 2012 or when the various contest milestones are reached, whichever occurs first. All contest winners will be published on the contest Web page on March 2, 2012 (name and city). All drawings are final and binding.
