Feedback Helps Advanced Solutions Improve Client Experience
As part of Autodesk's effort to measure the satisfaction level of clients, Autodesk sends quarterly surveys to select clients. These surveys focus on the clients experience asking one key question, "How likely are you to recommend your reseller as a provider of Autodesk products and services?"
Advanced Solutions is using survey feedback (both good and bad) to improve upon the services and support we provide our clients. Below is some feedback we received from the last round of Autodesk surveys.
