Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program

Advanced Solutions is committed to improving the customer experience. The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) program helps us capture customer perspectives firsthand through a brief survey.

The program evaluates customer experiences using the following fundamental objectives:

Measure customer loyalty using Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology
Strengthen customer relationships through closed-loop customer feedback process
Create a consistently positive customer experience
Identify opportunities to further customer relationships

Timing
Surveys are sent quarterly during the middle month of each Autodesk fiscal quarter.

Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program Timing

Recipients
Customers who activated an Autodesk product, had a subscription renewal, or purchased a new Autodesk product in the previous quarter are eligible to participate in the survey.

Results
The survey takes a couple minutes to complete and produces actionable customer feedback, via email alert notifications to Advanced Solutions when a low score is provided. We take all feedback seriously and may follow up with customers by phone to better understand comments and concerns.

Key Question
The survey asks customers to score Advanced Solutions on a scale of 0-10 on one key question:
How likely would you be to recommend your Autodesk Reseller to friends and colleagues as a provider of Autodesk products and related services?

Rewards Program
In appreciation of the invaluable feedback we receive from these quarterly surveys, all participants will be entered in a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card. Drawing is done once per quarter based on current quarter's survey respondents.
